This tweaked McLaren GT wears the new color MSO Defined Flux Silver, which is a shade of silver with a subtle golden hue. The firm contrasts it with darker MSO Bespoke Satin Graphite for the door skirts, front splitter, side mirrors, rear bumper, diffuser, and brake calipers. The body also wears the MSO Bright Pack that adds chrome trim around the windows, titanium exhaust surrounds, and wheels with metal-finished spokes and black accents.
The GT is already quite comfy on the inside by McLaren standards, and this MSO version makes the cabin even more special. The interior features a mix of Flux White Leather and Satin Graphite Leather. The stitching pattern on the seatbacks, sun visor, door panels, and armrest, and the design takes inspiration from the roof of the Great Court at the British Museum. The firm uses silver-tinged carbon fiber for the shift paddles and steering wheel clasp. MSO also paints the key in Flux Silver to match the body.
MSO leaves the powertrain alone, so the GT packs a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with 620 horsepower (462 kilowatts) and 465 pound-feet (630 Newton-meters) of torque. It routes through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The coupe hits 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) in 3.2 seconds
The McLaren GT goes on sale in the United States in the fourth quarter of 2019, and prices start at $210,000.
